Known for being “a full-service custom home builder who listens,” Homes by Jonathan Lee has lived up to the company slogan — “Bringing families home since 1995.” Their work can be found throughout the Triad, including homes in Winston-Salem, Lewisville, Clemmons, Bermuda Run and Advance, and in fine home neighborhoods such as Brookberry Farm, Shelburne Village at Camelot, Buena Vista, Lake Lissara, Nanzetta and Bermuda Run West.

Taking great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every home they build, Homes by Jonathan Lee has consistently earned coveted gold and silver awards in the Parade of Homes, sponsored annually by the Homebuilders Association of Winston-Salem. Homes by Jonathan Lee always employs the latest design, technology and materials, and gives special attention to building energy efficient homes and following environmentally sound practices. Every Jonathan Lee Home carries the EPA’s ENERGY STAR rating. “We build homes that provide enjoyment now and retain their value for many years to come,” Jonathan says. When not working with customers or busy on the sites of current builds, Jonathan is active in the community. He has served as both board member and president of the Home Builders Association. His community service also includes working with students interested in building, and devoting time and expertise to Habitat for Humanity through their local builds.
